This unique property is in a half condominium and a half resort. You can use the beach, garden side pool, lawn chairs, gym as described on Airbnb. The resort charges a one time fee for each person of 100 pesos or $5 for use of their facilities if you want to join in the activities. They have many food and drink packages. It always your option. Also there are many markets and restaurants near by or cook in the fully equipped kitchenette. I live here and I will be here for you through your stay.
