Parking: You may park one vehicle in any unnumbered space on the left side of the building. Each apartment is allotted one vehicle. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop. Both parking areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Coworking Space: • Guests have access to the on-site coworking area at Viva Jaco. Workspace availability is first-come, first-served, so we recommend planning ahead if you need a spot. Other things to note For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. This system is sensitive to smoke from cooking, cigarettes, candles, and fumigation, which can trigger the alarms.
