Enjoy the space and freedom in our luxury vacation home with sauna, about 10 km from the Wadden Sea. This Noazem vacation home is located in the middle of nature, here you will find comfort, idyll and an eye for detail. Welcome! The space From the living room, you have a view of the surrounding meadows, and through sliding doors, you have access to the covered terrace. There is a sitting area with a nice leather sofa and a smart TV, as well as a round dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is comfortable: with a rain shower and a spacious sink with furniture. From the bedroom, you can also look through 2 high windows and of course relax on the spacious king size box spring bed. Here you will stay as in a luxury hotel: not only is there cotton satin bedding, there are plenty of soft towels, a Nespresso machine with cups, several teas, sugar and milk, oil and vinegar, pepper and salt, but also your own WiFi environment, a bluetooth speaker, and there are fresh flowers, wine and salt upon arrival. That's carefree enjoyment! The vacation homes are both about 55 m2 in size, offer all comfort, are optimally insulated, durable and gas-free built, equipped with solar panels, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Both homes each have their own - secure - WiFi circuit, so also suitable for, for example, coming to work (from home) for a while! The houses each have a loggia (covered terrace) on the front side, and on the side a terrace adjacent to the meadows. And between the two homes is a large terrace for shared use, for example for a BBQ (or for a secret rendezvous between the noazem and the nun...) The sauna can be used for a small fee (€20 per use).
