Welcome to Ty-Vorn, a 🌾 large family home, recently renovated with care. This authentic cottage is part of a large farmhouse dating back to 1886; the restoration has preserved the period features (fireplaces, wardrobes, wells, etc.) while offering modern comfort. This large house is in the heart of a 5 hectare property 2 steps from Pontrieux (city of character) and 18 km from the sea, it is the ideal place to explore the Breton coast from Perros-Guirec to Binic 🌊 The space The accommodation is located in the main dwelling of the farmhouse. On the ground floor, a large room of 70 m2 with the living room, the dining room, the stairs and the kitchen. With 2 fireplaces (decorative only) , a row of cabinets, and a vintage clock. On the ground floor also, in the apartment, a bedroom of 11 m2, a bathroom (sink + shower), the entrance hall of the house (granite pavement), a toilet and the living room 'Ty-Vorn' (11m2), room where the old furnace ( with its fireplace) was located. On the first floor (70 m2 total), there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room (with 2 sinks and a shower). The large bedroom has an office space and a dressing room, as well as a fireplace . A second bedroom has a marble fireplace. The third bedroom is smaller and is for children, with a bunk bed. On the second floor (ex attic), 2 spacious bedrooms at the ends and a central relaxation area. The heater uses an aerothermal heat pump with heated floor on the ground floor and cast iron radiators on the 2 floors. Outside, on the entrance courtyard side, a restored and secure well and the old cider press. Several parking spaces are available in this courtyard. On the other side, on the front of the house, an ornate courtyard of about 80 m2 and a lawn of about 120 m2. The courtyard has an old farmhouse table and benches for outdoor dining; a barbecue and an area also for ball games. Guest access In the farmhouse, only the main house, the entrance courtyard and the courtyard facing the house (courtyard and lawn) are accessible to tenants.The old annexes (nurseries, shed) are not rented. Disabled access: thanks to access by car through the pleasure courtyard, the accommodation is entirely on one level on the ground floor, with a large room of 70 m2, a bedroom (11m2) accessible through a 81 cm door, a shower room (with 81 cm door) and a toilet. The farmhouse is surrounded by a natural meadow with a creek on the edge. The remains of 2 linen routers are still visible as well as the stones of an old washhouse. One of the old farmhouse buildings is home to old tools and equipment used in the farmhouse in the late 19th and 20th centuries.
