They are conditioned to eat once a day which is taken care of by maintenance. 2) You ARE allowed to fish as often as you would like. The lake is fully stocked with bass, brim, catfish and crappy. Please remember never to leave any hooks, bait, or fishing lines out as they would endanger the ducks and geese. 3) This is a private lake, however, the occupants of the cottage@beaneacres (on the front side of the lake) are allowed to use the lake and its surrounding areas also. 4) Please do not encroach on the cottage in front of the lake as it is occupied by others. Please limit walking to the trails of Residual Row, Open Overlook, Serenity Street. Once you enter Tranquility Trail, you are started to encroach on another property. Dont worry, you still have 8-10 acres to enjoy:)
