This spacious bright studio of 55 m² offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Whether you wake up with a cup of coffee on your 35 m² private terrace, take a dip in the inviting shared pool just 20 meters away, or light the BBQ under the Caribbean starry sky in the evening – you will immediately feel at home here. Furnishings and facilities The studio has a sleeping area and a dining/living area, private kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet and a cozy private terrace overlooking nature. The studio is ideal for two adult guests and is completely at your disposal. The studio has a cozy decor and all the comforts you could wish for. Think of a separate bathroom with a rain shower, ample supply of towels, hair dryer and plenty of room for your toiletries. A well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery and pans where you can prepare delicious meals, and a cozy terrace with lots of shade where you can enjoy the Caribbean sun with a good book in the relaxed lounge set, a game, cozy dinner at the spacious dining table, lazing in the hammock or a barbecue under the stars. And inside you will find a lovely lazy sofa, nice dining table and a spacious box spring (180 cm x 200 cm) for two people. We have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible: free good WiFi to stay connected, a Smart TV for a relaxing evening, a radio for cozy music and even a stack of beach towels, beach bag, cooler, coolers and beach chairs for a perfect day by the sea. There is enough room in the wardrobe for your belongings, and there is a small hotel safe for your valuables. And feel free to use the washing machine, drying rack or ironing board and iron. Don't forget the hammock – perfect for an afternoon nap or just relaxing. And choose one of the books from the bookcase or play one of the games available together. For water sports enthusiasts, it is convenient that you can rinse and dry your equipment and gear outside. Enjoy comfort The studio is designed with an eye for comfort and convenience. Enjoy the refreshing trade wind blowing through the room, or turn on the air conditioning and ceiling fan for extra cooling. Mandatory interim cleaning during your stay (included) If you stay in the studio for more than 10 days, we will provide a weekly interim cleaning. This is included in the rental price. Weekly cleaning includes: clean bed linen, clean towels, clean sanitary facilities, kitchen and floors. Of course, there are also cleaning supplies in the studio and a vacuum cleaner, mop and broom. Guest access The studio including terrace is fully available for your vacation, it is not shared. At the resort, there is a shared swimming pool 20 meters from the studio. You can use this for free. You can park for free at the resort. Other things to note Advance payment for electricity/water consumption, tourist tax and agreed extra costs. *We ask our guests to pay an advance of €80 per week. We will include the advance payment for your entire stay in your booking confirmation. You will be asked to pay the advance during your check-in via the Airbnb Resolution Center. * The consumption costs of electricity and water are not included in the price and come for the renter's expense. Consumption is calculated on the basis of a separate meter, and the meter readings are recorded with you on arrival and departure. The consumption costs are calculated using the then applicable rate of Aqualectra (see their website for rates). *The tourist tax is 7% of the basic rent, and we will state that amount in your booking confirmation. *If additional costs have been agreed in advance, they will be settled with the advance payment. *Refund remaining advance: This amount will be refunded at your checkout, minus the consumption costs of electricity and water, the tourist tax and the agreed additional costs. This refund will be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The studio and the terrace are further on the ground floor. Optional additional services *In the fridge, there is already nice fresh water and some soft drinks waiting for you. If you like, you can send us a shopping list before your arrival and your first breakfast. We charge 28 euros for this + the cost of the groceries (you will receive the receipt). *Pick up and drop off at the airport. If you want this, please let us know in advance. We charge 28 euros per ride for this. If you would like to use any of these additional services, these fees will be calculated with the advance payment. There is an option to take your baby up to 2 years free of charge. A cot and high chair are free. Please indicate this at the time of booking, if you would like to take advantage of this.
