Nice room in shared house (north Cincinnati)

Enjoy this peaceful home in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will have access to a private bedroom and shared space( IN A SHARED HOUSE with your own room with a lock on your door ). This location is close to lots of shopping centers, convenient stores, popular restaurants, and grocery stores. Located a few minutes off the highway and only 15-20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. This room is for one person. If this rule is broken, you will be charged/asked to leave The space Available space for guest in the home includes living room, extended dining room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, laundry room (located in the basement of the home), private bedroom (for guest) which includes a queen sized bed with a flat screen tv, closet space, Roku, and a dresser for clothing storage. This private bedroom also has a lock on the door. Guest access Guest will have additional access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, extended dining room, backyard patio. Other things to note Getting around: The best transportation in this area would be by car, Uber, or metro. I am located near hwys 275, 71, and 75. Downtown Cincinnati is about a 15 minute commute from my location. Attractions Nearby: There is a beautiful park called Winton Woods Park thats within a couple of miles from here that includes a lake, basketball court, trials for exercise, water park, fishing, pedal boating, kayaking, and much more. Great for a nice stroll or a run with some peace and quiet. City attractions/Sports: Home of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Bearcats. Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, Art Museum, Historical Museum, Smale Park. Night Life Areas: Over-The-Rhine, Mt.
