It is adjacent to the Il Muraglione Tennis Club, with which it shares a large unguarded parking lot. The space The 145 sqm apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, balcony and terraces. - Floriana double bedroom (25 sqm): large antique closet, nightstands, lamp, large antique bed, dresser, sofa, 2 armchairs and bicycles. - Piero Room (17 sqm): large closet, antique French wooden bed, bedside table, mirror, cabinet with pouf, cot for children from 0 to 4 years old, hangers. - Bedroom fireplace (14 sqm) is attached to the openspace-type living room; it has a French iron bed in braked rust color, bedside table, reading lamp, dresser and chair. - Kitchen (21 sqm), very large and bright, has a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, mocha, electric kettle, various pots and pans, dishes, sink, openable round table for 6 people, 2 comfortable seats for postprandial relaxation; availability of accessories and cleaning products. - Living room (13 sqm), attached to the bedroom, has a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs. It's a space suitable for reading and relaxing. We offer a selection of books from our personal library. - Bathroom (6 sqm), very spacious, equipped with bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, towels and soap for both hands and shampoo and shower. Guests, especially in the months from April to October, can enjoy moments of relaxation in the garden below, which is equipped with a table, umbrella and sun loungers. You can park your car in the large, unguarded parking area shared with the users of the adjacent tennis club. In a room below, upon request, we can offer storage for guests' bicycles. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor; it is accessed via a staircase from the main entrance. On the first floor, there is a large garden equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and tables for moments of relaxation. The unattended parking is shared with users of the adjacent sports complex and is available for guests subject to availability. Other things to note 1- Air conditioning is available in the kitchen and in the master bedroom. 3- Upon arrival the guest will find the place clean and sanitized with the beds prepared for the night, a set of towels for each person staying in the bathroom and towels for the kitchen. For stays longer than 1 week, 1 extra change of sheets and towels that we will deposit in the house or personally hand-deliver is included. In case of need, if possible, we will try to accommodate any other requests. 4- Courtesy kit upon arrival When you arrive, you are provided: • in the bathroom: 2/3 rolls of toilet paper, dispenser with hand soap, dispenser with body wash, shampoo; • in the kitchen: 1 roll of scottex paper, dish soap, washing machine detergent, floor detergent, sugar sachets, water. At the end of the escort and/or for longer stays over 3 days, the guest will have to find on their own what they need. 5- There is a swimming pool nearby, but as of summer 2026, it will be closed for renovation work. 6- Garbage should be disposed of in the appropriate recycling containers following the calendar made available and deposited in the appropriate area. 7- Safety recommendations • Always lock the apartment both when you are inside and out. • Don't miss the key of the apartment. • Close the windows and blinds when leaving, to prevent sudden storms from damaging the apartment. • Turn off the lights, stove and any electrical appliances in the apartment when you leave.
