NO CLEANING FEES The space Enjoy spectacular views from every room at Hickory Hill Cottage! Hickory Hill is a two-story lake house retreat, perfect for two families and great for kids! The upper level features two bedrooms, each with king beds and full bathrooms, separated by a central living room. While the lower level is a kid-friendly haven with bunks, beanbags, and games. This cottage also offers fantastic indoor and outdoor dining spaces, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. Two balconies, one on each level, provide the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind as the sun sets over the peaceful landscape. Guest access Only 1 minute walk to the lake and shoreline from the house The entire property is free to guest usage. Please make yourself at home with respect to locked spaces. Newly added steps make the boat/swim dock easily accessible from the house. PARKING: A circle drive and carport may be utilized for parking. Please note that the driveway is steep but fully accessible. Do not park in front of neighbors homes. BOAT DOCK: Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to our private dock. Feel free to park your boat, jet ski, or other watercraft during your stay. WATER SPORTS: Kayaks and swim dock are private to our property. You may use at your own risk. *Life vests are provided for your safety.
