The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby. The space Welcome to our house, which offers pleasant and quiet accommodation in an open space with a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a double bed, a hallway and a bathroom. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a family house and guests have access to the entire ground floor of the house, a terrace and part of the garden, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The space is designed primarily as a base for a couple, however, on request, it is possible to create a base for up to four people, but with a smaller degree of privacy and a more limited space. For your comfort, we have equipped the space so that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is Wi-Fi and all the amenities for personal hygiene and comfortable sleep - clean bed linen, towels, soap and a hairdryer. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, kettle, small oven and dishwasher. There are also basic ingredients for cooking - salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar - as well as a capsule coffee machine and french press (capsules and ground coffee are available) and loose and bagged tea. Guest access Guests have the entire ground floor of the house at their disposal. They can also freely use the terrace and a dedicated part of the garden, ideal for relaxing or sitting outside. The attic of the house is uninhabited and is not intended for guests, please respect this restriction. Please note that the back separate part of the garden may occasionally be used by the property owner during the guests' stay, with respect to your privacy and comfort.
