The house with a garden under the Pouzdřanská steppe offers a spacious and peaceful retreat – ideal for lovers of nature and walks. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby. The space Welcome to our house, which offers a pleasant and quiet accommodation in an open space with a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a double bed, a hallway and a bathroom. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a family house and guests have at their disposal the entire ground floor of the house, terrace and part of the garden, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The space is designed primarily as a base for a couple, however, on request, it is possible to create a base for up to three to four people, but with a smaller degree of privacy and a more limited space. For your comfort, we have equipped the space so that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wi-Fi and all the amenities for personal hygiene and a comfortable sleep are available – clean bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a double-burner stove, electric kettle, small oven and dishwasher. There are also basic ingredients for cooking - salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, honey - as well as a coffee machine for capsules and a french press (capsules and ground coffee are available) and loose and bagged tea. We also offer the opportunity to taste and buy wines from regional winemakers. Guest access Guests have the entire ground floor of the house at their disposal. They can also freely use the terrace and a dedicated part of the garden, ideal for relaxing or sitting outside. The attic of the house is uninhabited and is not intended for guests, please respect this restriction. Please note that the back separate part of the garden may occasionally be used by the property owner during the guests' stay, of course with regard to your privacy and comfort.
