Head out for a day in the mountains, then head home and enjoy a world class spa, eateries, and watering holes within steps of the front door. The space With over 1,600 square feet of space, this private residence, located adjacent to The Lodge at Spruce Peak, has everything you need for a comfortable stay at Spruce Peak. With a contemporary alpine design, this three bedroom, three bath residence features full kitchen, spacious living area with fireplace, private balcony, and plenty of storage for your gear. After parking your vehicle in the underground garage, you will take the elevator to the second floor of the building. Convenient storage for your outerwear is located in the entryway of the residence. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the stylish living area, with the cozy ambiance of the modern water vapor fireplace. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances. On one side of the residence, you will find the master suite with king bed. The adjoining bathroom offers a large soaking tub, glass shower, and modern stone sink. One the opposite side of the residence are two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features 2 sets of bunkbeds, one with twin over twin mattresses and the other with twin over double mattresses. The third bedroom offers a double bed. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom located in the hallway. Guest access As a guest of Spruce Peak, you will have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, located just a few minutes' walk from the residence. One parking space will be provided in the underground garage, and additional cars will be parked by our valet team for an additional $35/nt. Skis and Snowboards may be stored with the Treehouse Ski Valet for convenient pick-up and drop-off of your equipment. *Please note skis and snowboards are not permitted to be brought into the residence. Looking to golf in Stowe in the warmer months? Guests who book with us have access to make tee times at The Mountain Course at Spruce Peak as well as Stowe Country Club. You will also be in excellent proximity to the Ice Skating Rink at Spruce Peak in the Winter which becomes The Village Green in the summer.
