The space This room with patio is in the first floor of my home where my parents are residing in the ground floor. It is located at the centre of Trivandrum city from where everything the city has to offer is reachable easily and yet positioned in a very calm & peaceful surroundings isolated from the city rush. Major landmarks (in kms): Trivandrum Airport – 8 Central Railway Station (South) – 5 Kochuveli Railway Station (North) – 6 Trivandrum Medical College – 2 KIMS Hospital – 9 Padmanabha Swamy Temple – 6 Technopark - 11 Guest access Guest will have access to the room, patio space and terrace in the first floor of this two storeyed building. Entry and exit to the space is via metal stairs on the right side of the house through balcony and first floor lobby. We request the guests booking this unit to look at this as an unique stay and experience the living of an urban trivandram household. We are inviting you to stay at our home along with our parents and our sweet doggie. Please do not consider this as another budget accommodation like a hotel or lodge, just to spend time and move. Our intention hosting our home is to give you an experience of a proper homestay. During your stay Guests can connect with us via Airbnb messages and call. Also direct face to face interaction is possible with our parents who are residing in the same building ground floor. We would appreciate if you're a dog lover who would spend some time playing with our friendly and lovely labrador retriever Penny. She will make your stay a quite memorable one. Also we recommend spending some time at our backyard vegetable garden along with our parents which our previous guests have given feedback as a cherishable experience. Other things to note Only guests with genuine purpose of visit allowed. Kindly have an updated profile in Airbnb before booking. All the guests ID proof (Aadhar/DL/Passport etc) softcopies needs to be submitted before check-in. Locals guests, please excuse from booking. Also as our parents prefer to close the gate from 11pm to 5am, we humbly request the guests to limit your movement during this time including check-in and check-out.
