Guests enjoy the comfort and privacy of a full home rather than a typical short-term rental. The layout comfortably accommodates up to six guests: • King bedroom with quality linens • Queen bedroom • Fold-out sofa in the living area • Two full bathrooms for added privacy and convenience The living and dining areas are well suited for relaxing evenings, shared meals, or quiet productivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee and tea setup—ideal for guests staying longer than a weekend. Guest access: Entire suite with private entrance and self check-in via secure keypad. Located in a quiet residential area of Lethbridge with easy access to downtown, professional offices, the university, YMCA, restaurants, grocery stores, hospital, and major routes. Best suited for: professionals, couples, families, and small groups staying several nights or longer. Not suitable for: parties, events, or one-night stays. Guest access You can use the entire upper floor legal suite, the two parking spots out front and the garden on the side of the house, as well as the deck off of the living room. This is a completely separate unit with its own entry way, its own furnace, air conditioning, and instantaneous hot water system.
