Our cozy, bright, spacious suite is centrally located in PEI in Rose Valley, 25 minutes to each shore where there are beautiful red sanded beaches, and 25 minutes to the capital city Charlottetown and our other major city, Summerside. Our suite offers a fully equipped kitchen, country view, comfortable living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Also we are 25 minutes away from the popular tourist attraction community, Cavendish with entertainment, food, shopping and beach. The space Beauitful country view! Ground floor suite. Very spacious clean modern suite. Big kitchen with beautiful six seater dining table, coffee bar with coffee, tea, sugar, all dishes, pots, cutlery, air fryer, all clean excellent working appliances. Drinking water is from a well (natural filtration), no chlorine tasting no chemicals. Up to date water test is located inside our manual. No need to buy bottled water. We supply all detergents for dishes and clothes. You only have to buy groceries. Very spacious clean bathroom stocked with all amenities even shavers and cream. Brand new 55 inch tv with your favourite apps. Leather recliners and couch. Beach towels, umbrella available. Clean children's highchair, toys and playpen. Games available for that rainy day. Lots of parking. Beautiful gardens outside and bird feeders. Patio and furniture available with propane fire pit. Bedrooms very clean and modernly decorated with long mirrors. Speaking of cleaning, we take the extra step in making sure anything that's touchable is disinfected between bookings. Guest access Full suite, sole laundry room, extra half bath beside laundry room solely for your suite. Other things to note On property in another suite are two friendly dogs. They only have access to the back with a chainlink fence. They do have bark collars on and will not have access to your suite or outside your suite. We are 25 minutes from the National Parks not 40 minutes as the automated airbnb states.
