This is BEACHFRONT 4 bedrooms villa belongs to Sanctuary Ho Tram Beach resort, a beach destination short 2 hours drive from Saigon. The villa has 4 bedrooms, included: - Area: 600m2 - 4 double bedrooms + 3 ensuites bathrooms + 1 bathroom outside - 1 living room - 1 dining room - BBQ area - Terrace - Private garden - Private pool - Kitchenette - Outdoor shower - Kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking, BBQ activities are allowed in the villa. -Housekeeping, water, coffee, and tea are free of charge. The space Guests at the resort can enjoy a variety of facilities such as an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court, and a children’s playground, kayak, gym (for free). Spa, Jetski ( with charge). It is also very good for walking. The kitchen has a BBQ, a large fridge, and a wine cooler that you can use to cook your food with spices. There will be daily housekeeping service (included in the total room price). Accommodation is 8 adults + 4 children under 11 y.o (if you have more, please give me a notice in advance) Guest access - Private beach, private pool at the villa. - Kayaks is available for you to use (free of charge) - There is a children’s playground in the resort (free of charge). - There is a tennis court (free of charge). - Gym is available (free of charge). - Spa, Jetski ( with charge) - The villa’s garage can accommodate 1 car but there are other parking spaces within the resort for additional cars. - Fresh seafood is available 200m away from the resort. - Sea food Restaurants/food shops are about 200m away from the resort. - Hamptons Pier is 3km away from the resort. - The casino, entertainment center, and cinema at The Grand Hotel are 1km away from the resort. - Tropicana Park of Novaworld Ho Tram is 15km away from the resort. - Binh Chau primeval forest is about 25km away from the resort. -Cooking, BBQ activities are allowed in the villa. Guests need to bring some special seasonings for special dishes - SAN HO DO, LOB HO TRAM restaurant where you also can enjoy the food there ( just with 400m away from the resort) Other things to note Other things to note: -Security Deposit: 2,000,000 vnd upon check in . You may be charged for the damages. - Breakfast is not included in the room price but can be ordered (with a charge) at the resort’s restaurant. - If you need a maid to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or help you with day-to-day chores during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange it for you at an additional charge. -Daily cleaning service is included for booking from/above 2 nights ( not included washing dishes, cooking, shopping, laundry services. The surcharge will be applied for these extra services. - Party more than the number of guests confirmed in the villa is not allowed. - Noise is not allowed from/after 22:00pm - Cooking and BBQ activities are allowed in the villa - Pets are allowed in the villa, but please keep the villa clean from them and make sure no damages may cause by pets. If not, it may be charged for the damages. -Karaoke, playing loud music outside the villa with speakers and amplifiers without closing the door ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only singing and listening to the music are allowed inside the villa and all doors are closed. All activities should be stopped at 22:00 pm. - Transportation from Ho Chi Minh airport to the villa (or return) can be provided upon request with a 16-seat or 7-seat car at a reasonable cost.
