The ecologically renovated manor house is located in the district of Pristäblich, 3 km from Bad Düben. Live like in the Renaissance (wood stoves), cold bedrooms! I rent out 2 apartments, both separately accessible. The 1st apartment is 45 sqm, 2 rooms.kitchenette, bathroom, 2-4 people. The 2nd apartment is 250 square meters, a large kitchen and 6 bedrooms (beds) on the 1st and 2nd floor, 2 toilets, 2 showers. Use of the hall and the dance hall extra (€75 each). 2 beer table sets and grill! The space The house is simple inside, but stylishly renovated according to monument protection criteria, partially outside. The historical flair of the Renaissance unfolds in the basement, on the 1st floor it is then rather baroque. All building materials are ecological, including the cleaning agents, beds, detergents. For short rentals of 1-2 days, either bring your own bed linen and towels or € 4 (€ 2 large bath towel and € 2 bed linen), I provide bed sheets. The secluded location (3400 m²) guarantees amazing tranquility, a residual trough arm is stored between the house and the field. Wild animals such as swans, ducks, beavers live there. Several terraces allow you to sit outside, barbecues are also possible. Guest access All the above rooms are accessible except the entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and my own apartment. There is a cross-vaulted cellar with a Florentine column in the basement with an open fireplace and barrel vault in the basement and a 300-year-old roof truss and a small house chapel with Secco painting as a meditation room. A dirt road begins behind the house, a walk to the Mulde about 20 minutes, sports field, playground 3 minutes on foot. In summer there is a great gravel pit where you can swim, but also an ecological Forest pool with slide, very nice for children. When it gets colder, the Heide spa with wave pool and many saunas is an event. During your stay I also live in the house and am usually present when guests come. If necessary and if possible, I am happy to take time for a conversation. Other things to note The property is suitable for courses with groups, family or friends reunions, smaller weddings (beautiful baroque church). My house is not a party mile. Only booked guests have access to the house and the property. There are some domestic and farm animals such as chickens, cats, sometimes horses. Unfortunately, the geese are faster than I can wave their nets away. A very old manor house with everything that goes with it. Unfortunately, dogs cannot come along because I do not have a fence, but there are some dog walkers. Parking spaces are available. Partial deposit €50-100. Please leave everything as it was found!!!
