Although located right in the heart of the city, the apartment does not suffer from noise due to the fact that the positioning of the apartment is on the backyard and not on the boulevard. Just like in most of the city center the apartment is in a block with seismic risk and so far although the city has gone through a very big earthquake in seventies the building has proved to be very stable Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed & the violation of this rule will consequently result in a 100Euro fine.
