We designed this house so that you can find all the comforts for moments of relaxation and conviviality with family or friends, the outdoor and covered SPA will allow you to relax after a day of visiting Champagne or maybe you prefer the sauna inside! This house has a secluded garden, an outdoor terrace with garden furniture, living room and barbecue where it will be good to have meals in peace; as well as a pergola with 5-person HOT TUB with a participation of €80. The house consists of a living room on the ground floor with a flat screen TV and garden view, a large open kitchen with an American refrigerator, multicooker, Nespresso coffee machine and all the comforts for cooking, a walk-in shower room and toilet; upstairs two bedrooms with a 160 x 200 bed (Simba mattress) one has a flat screen TV, a bedroom with a 90 x 190 bed and two 80 x 200 electric beds as well as a flat screen TV; a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, towel dryer and storage, a toilet, and a large closet. Adjacent to the house is a studio consisting of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 electric bed, a flat screen TV, a small table and stool for dining, a walk-in shower room with toilet, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and stove. The basement is converted into a relaxation room with infrared sauna, a playroom for children and a room for teens and parents with flat screen TV, game console, foosball table and bar. Closed garage and possibility to park a vehicle in front of the cottage, free parking nearby. The beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided. To welcome you, and for any stay of a week or more, we offer you a bottle of Champagne from our production, fresh and ready to be tasted. Other things to note To access the accommodation, there are a few steps and the bedrooms are upstairs.
