Welcome to Recanto Paraju, an environment with a lot of tranquility approximately 70 km from Grande Vitória, ideal to relax with friends and family, enjoying a swimming pool, barbecue, jump for the children, with playground, rest nets on the balcony and a lot of contact with nature. Enjoy our immense green area for running and playing, making a fire, relaxing and enjoying our smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room and even in our home office space. The space The house has 3 large bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a TV room, cable TV, a dining room and an integrated kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 bathrooms, a huge balcony, lots of green areas, a playground, a swimming pool, a pizza oven, a huge barbecue area and an ornamental fish tank. In the house: - We accommodate up to 12 people (between beds and mats); - Smart TV in the living room and in 2 bedrooms; - High-speed Wi-Fi; - 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite; - Full kitchen, with all necessary utensils; Leisure area: - Outdoor pool; - Barbecue next to the pool, with integrated pizza oven and wood stove; - Ornamental fish tank; - Giant trampoline; - Hammocks on the balcony; - Lots of green and flat area throughout the property; - Private garage; - Self-Check-in for greater autonomy of our guests. Note: It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to receive visitors during the stay (subject to fines and penalties provided for in the app) - Gate monitored by cameras. Guest access Only 900m of dirt road, very good, covered garage, very cozy region and very close to nature. Other things to note The place has all the kitchen utensils needed for the day. Note: We provide bed sheets, pillows and towels, we do not provide blankets.
