The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom, ensuring a relaxing stay. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby cycling routes, perfect for scenic rides along the Danube or through lush greenery. Guest access Check in is after 4pm and check out before 10am. If you need to check in after 10pm, just let us know. We understand that travel plans can sometimes be unpredictable. If you need to check in sooner (from 13:00) or check out later (until 12:00), you can easily buy it in our GuestApp for a fee (10€/per hour). Other things to note Additional house rules Please note, that during the online check-in we will need the scan of your ID or you to put manually some of the data. We are obligated to collect the data due to paying city tax. Our system is protected and the process of online check-in is in compliance with GDPR. • In case you lose your keys, the fee is 100€. • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, and yards (if available). Violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of €200. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or other items. A minimum charge of €100 will apply for any damage. If the damaged item is of higher value, the guest will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement. • Pets are not allowed on the property. If it is proven that a guest has brought or kept a pet in the accommodation, an additional fee of €100 will be charged.
