Enjoy your vacation in a stylishly decorated attic apartment. An ideal place to explore the city and its surroundings. The advantage is a great position. Within a 5-minute walk you will be in the city and in 15 minutes at the swimming pool, or in 5 minutes by car on the ski slope. Free parking in front of the house. Bicycles can be locked in the garden house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table. Spacious living room, bedroom with double bed and small room for two people to sleep in. Since I use the apartment personally for occasional sleepovers, I have personal belongings left here. Other things to note The TV does not have Czech TV channels. You can watch the shows through your apps like Netflix, Disney, etc. Don't forget to log out of your account when you leave. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Please take off your shoes in the apartment. It is my duty to inform you and also, as a host, to collect the tourist tax. The town of Polička charges a local occupancy tax of CZK 15 per person over 18 years of age for each day of the stay. The day of arrival is not included in the calculation!
