The accommodation is located at an altitude of 1450 m near the Piani di Pezzè. Entirely made of wood, the structure offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a getaway in nature. Surrounded by greenery and away from traffic, our tabià can only be reached on foot via a pedestrian path about 200 meters (3 minutes) from the private parking lot. This privileged position guarantees absolute tranquility and safety for children, who can play freely without danger. The space Within walking distance is Piani di Pezzè, a wonderful plateau surrounded by greenery, equipped with cozy shelters and areas dedicated to the little ones. From here, there are numerous paths that lead to the Col dei Baldi (1,913 m above sea level) and the Coldai Refuge (2,132 m above sea level), overlooking Lake Coldai. In winter, the Piani di Pezzè become the beating heart of the Civetta ski area. The entire tabià is divided into two apartments. The apartment for rent has 2 floors (1st floor and attic) for a total of about 90 square meters. The first floor can be reached directly from the garden as the land around the building is sloped as in the classic alpine tabià. On the first floor there is a kitchen + living room, a bathroom with shower, a storage room, a dressing room that serves as a wardrobe-dressing room and the terrace. The attic consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed (for a total of 6 beds). Serving the two bedrooms is a second bathroom with shower. The entire tabià has a parquet floor and it is necessary (but also very comfortable for guests) to walk with slippers or without anything. Guest access In addition to the entire apartment, guests can enjoy a large private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Here you will find a barbecue available, and a dedicated area where you can eat immersed in the tranquility of nature. Private parking is included in the price and has two reserved parking spaces.
