The Chenevière gîte is located in the municipality of Prouilly, 14 km from Reims, in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry. It is a house of about 170 m², with a capacity of 8-10 people. The building is old, typical of the region, located in the middle of the village. The cottage has independent access, 2 parking spaces, a bicycle shelter, a private garden with terrace of about 25 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Gift during your stay: 1 bottle of Champagne The space On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes), living room (table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, fireplace, television), toilet, bathroom with sink and shower, laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit). On the 1st floor: landing with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Possibility of an additional baby bed.
