Just a 15-minute drive from the A31 (Route du Soleil) is the picturesque village of Laneuvelle. You will stay with us in the charming and authentic French farmhouse, overlooking the woods and hills of the Haute Marne. The perfect getaway for beautiful nature walks (the Camino runs nearby) and bike tours. Enjoy the Peace, listen to the Silence and admire the rich starry sky. And if you're passing through, this is the perfect place, to recharge for a next travel day. The space The guest room is located at the front of the house, on the 1st floor. The room has a good bed; 2 separate mattresses of 80x200cm, made up as a double bed of 160x200cm. If you prefer two separate duvets, no problem, please let me know in advance. For guests, there is a private toilet and a bathroom on the 1st floor; small but functional. If you stay longer than one night, we will share the bathroom, until our private bathroom is realized. Feel free to use the lovely outdoor space; the covered terrace, the spacious fenced garden, where children safely have all the space, and the cozy orchard. We live here, so the rest of the home is for private use. For stays of several nights, the living room can be used in consultation. Excellent WiFi connection. Complimentary breakfast. And if you are in transit, you can join us for a good hot meal, for a cash payment of €15 per person. An overnight stay with no worries! The rest of the house is private. During your stay There is always an opportunity to get acquainted and share information about activities and attractions. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are available, as well as shampoo, soap, and toothpaste. For the little ones, a table chair, children's tableware, box and camp bed (no sheets/blankets) is available. It's nice to know in advance whether this will be used in advance. Possibility to book breakfast (€10,- pp). Possibility to use hot meal (€15,- pp). Please consult well in advance and always depending on circumstances. No pets. Smoking exclusively outside the house.
