We are located on Ford boulevard and 3rd st. next to LAs most famous Taco restaurant King Taco. We just a short walk from the Maravilla train station for the Yellow Line train which is on the corner of our house. This train can take you to DTLA and Santa Monica in a breeze as well as all over LA. The space Recently remodeled house with 2 shared full bathrooms and kitchen with brand new appliances. The property also features coin operated laundry for all your laundry needs. This location is great for commuters with the yellow E line train on the corner. This train will connect you to downtown LA in just 15 minutes and Downtown Santa Monica in 40 minutes. In 3 stops you will be in little Tokyo where you can transfer to head north to Pasadena. This is a commuters paradise with this location. NEIGHBORHOOD Our neighborhood is very safe and you will not see graffiti or drug addicts walking around the street. We are surrounded by family houses and good schools. PARKING: We have a shared driveway and we ask that guests first look for street parking which is fairly easy in our neighborhood. If you need a reserved parking space to come in and out at night this might not be the best location for you, as parking at night is difficult in all parts of LA and we do not have reserved parking space.
