This is a commuters paradise with this location. NEIGHBORHOOD Our neighborhood is very safe and you will not see graffiti or drug addicts walking around the street. We are surrounded by family houses and good schools. PARKING: We have a shared driveway and we ask that guests first look for street parking which is fairly easy in our neighborhood. If you need a reserved parking space to come in and out at night this might not be the best location for you, as parking at nigh is difficult in all parts of LA.
