The space The house is new and includes: * on the ground floor: -an entrance hall with storage shoes and coat rack. -a laundry room with washing machine and toilet - a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room giving direct access to the swimming pool (8mx4m =>1.50 m deep) *upstairs: - a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area, overlooking a dining area and living room with TV, - 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom with double pull-out bed) - Also, possibility to convert the sofa in the living room into a bed - 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub - 1 WC * Outside - 2 terraces of 30m². One upstairs with views of the Vercors Mountains, and the other close to the pool. - A garden furniture on each terrace for your meals outside, an electric plancha. -Pool -Trampoline The house is equipped with a water softener. Parking area in the yard. Since the house is well located geographically, you can make many visits. Guest access The entire house is accessible except the garage which will be locked. Other things to note Just a heads-up: we have a cat that will wander around the house. Rest assured, he has his own hut with water and food, so he is perfectly self-sufficient.
