Enjoy the hot tub on the deck overlooking the property and fully immerse yourself in nature. The interior features a cozy living area with a wood stove. Perfectly located between the valley wineries, Martock Ski Hill and Chester! Just steps away from access to a public lake. The space The cottage is a loft-style open concept space with a queen bed upstairs and a pull-out sectional on the main level. The wood-burning fireplace adds the perfect ambience for a romantic escape or a cozy family getaway. The bathroom is a newly built addition with a large soaking tub, rainfall shower, and heated floors. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking essentials, including tea & coffee. The outdoor space features a spacious deck, comfortable seating around a propane fireplace, and a relaxing hot tub. A private stone path welcomes you into the forest, leading to the winding river at the base of the property, perfect for a cold dip in the winter or a relaxing swim in the summer. Enjoy a bonfire around the custom-made fire pit and have fun playing outdoor games such as Washer Toss and Horseshoes. Zwicker Lake is a 5-minute walk from the property, where you will find a sandy public beach. The cottage is great for all seasons, 15 minutes away from Martock Ski Hill, 14 minutes from Bent Ridge Winery, and less than 30 minutes from Sensea Nordic Spa. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. The dog must be well trained. Please ensure your dog is relatively clean before coming inside. We provide dog wipes, couch covers and blankets for our furry friends. We strongly encourage picking up after your dog and leashing your dog on the property, as neighbours regularly walk their dogs on the main road. No outside shoes inside. We provide indoor slippers for inside the cottage. We also provide outdoor slides for outside the cottage. Please place all used slippers in the laundry bucket after your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, ashtrays are located on the deck. Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed. No parties.
