House on the river (apartment on the first floor + apartment on the upper floor)

Entire holiday home in Brandenburg (60 km northeast of Berlin) with direct jetty to the "Alten Oder". Relax, enjoy, home office, go swimming, canoeing, fishing... The 2023 lovingly renovated house from 1930 consists of 2 apartments (ground floor with 90 m² and upper floor with 70 m²). The luxurious apartments offer fantastic window fronts and terraces with views of untouched nature. The space The newly renovated house consists of 2 apartments, which can also be booked individually. The ground floor apartment with about 90 m² has direct access to the garden terrace, which is easily accessible via large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The terrace is nestled in a green slope to enjoy the view of nature and the river. There is a table and 6 chairs as well as a sofa lounge corner. This results in the perfect indoor /outdoor transition in good weather . Because the heart of the apartment directly adjacent to the terrace consists of a bright, fully equipped open kitchen-living room (including dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob), large kitchen island including bar stools, a large dining table, a cozy corner bench and chairs for at least 6 people, an antique plan bench e.g. as a desk for working from home, as well as a beautiful sofa landscape including a large 42"TV. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms (2 * double bed, 1 * bunk bed) available as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living area for 2 people. In the bedrooms there are wardrobes and desks. A luxurious large bathroom with rainshower shower, bathtub and toilet as well as a guest toilet complete the offer. The apartment on the upper floor with about 70 m² offers a beautiful roof terrace with stunning views over the Alte Oder and into the vastness of nature. Balcony furniture invites you to linger. Through the panoramic window front, the terrace is connected to the living-dining-kitchen area. This is very bright and airy and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, small peninsula, dining table and sofa, as well as a 42" TV. The pretty bathroom convinces with exposed beams, toilet, shower and bathtub as well as double sink. You can sleep fantastically in one of the two bedrooms, which are equipped with double beds and wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate 1 person. In the apartment there are 2 desks, a keyboard and a mouse available for use. Of course, the Wi-Fi with 100MBit is free and available throughout the house. Please note that the garden and access to the river is wildly enchanted and not fenced. This is something to keep in mind when booking with children! This is not a party venue! Rather, it's a good idea to take an extended family vacation, for example with grandparents and co., or to be cozy with friends or 2 families. The advantage of booking the two apartments together in this house is to be able to retreat if necessary, but also to spend many beautiful hours together in the middle of nature.
