The cottage is about 45 m² and consists of a large room with kitchen, a spacious bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a sleeping loft with a 140 cm wide bed. For the best comfort, a maximum of four adults is recommended. There is a very fresh and charming outdoor toilet right next door, as well as an outdoor shower that is in use from mid-May to October. During periods when the shower is not in operation, guests usually appreciate one of Sweden's coolest water parks inside the city, Paradisbadet. A dream place for the little ones. In this house, you can enjoy life in a different way than in everyday life. Running water is available in the kitchen from mid-May to October. Other times, we'll provide you with water jugs for dishes, hygiene and cooking. Please note that there is no freezer. The house is about 70 meters from the water. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per bed. Inside the cottage, there is a fireplace, and outdoors, there is a fire pit for cozy evenings. From mid-May to early October, there is outdoor furniture on the balcony and a barbecue to borrow. In the area around Skeppsmalen, a half-hour walk takes you to Vårdkasberget with magnificent views of the coast. It's a great place to wander, and for paddlers, there's a magnificent archipelago. Sea kayaks with equipment can be rented at Naturkompaniet in Själevad, a few miles south of Örnsköldsvik. I hope you enjoy the place, the sea and the house, but it is not for parties or intoxication. It is also not a good place for small children, as there are steep cliffs, or for people with walking difficulties. The balcony has no railing but we have a child solution that we usually put up when needed, that it has no railing is so that you can lie in bed and see the sunset over the sea.
