Our Rooms are priced for long term stay, sometimes they are cheaper when booked for a minimum 30 days compared to a 2 week stay. Must check out the pricing. --------------- Quiet basement bedroom. It has plenty of storage space. Although there are no windows, it is well lit. The house is very large. Everyone is like family. Room Features: Queen bed Desk & lamp Nice-sized closet ceiling fan End table Basement Pantry - Dining table, hot plate, microwave, fridge The space Large house with multiple residents Located in the basement Guest access Bathroom: Shared with one other guest Common Areas: Living room, dining room, breakfast room, back porch, patio Full Kitchen : Usable but limited to one hour (including prep and cleanup) Coffee Machine: Provided in the dining area with coffee beans and grinder so you can brew yourself a cuppa. Storage: Personal shelf in the fridge and pantry. A barbeque grill in the backyard. Plenty of parking on street. Using a narrow parking pad will get you part way from passing cars. There is a door entrance code and also a code to the room. During your stay Your first level of interaction will be with my co-host, Suman Prasad, who lives on the second floor of this property. Eileen is only available for any escalation. Other things to note The TV does not have cable. However, we can provide you with an Amazon Firestick if you have your own subscription. The neighborhood of Penn Hills is quaint, beautiful, and safe, making it a pleasant place to stay. 5 min walk to a neighborhood park to get your exercise or play tennis. 5-7 min drive to grocery stores and many restaurants 10 min drive to the public library. The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, offering easy transportation to downtown The property offers free on-street parking for guests
