This apartment, with sanitary facilities also suitable for people with motor disabilities, together with four other apartments, constitutes a courtyard house, a historic Salento architectural structure, embellished by a courtyard with a swimming pool with a whirlpool. Le Cimbe is an accommodation where relaxing is a pleasure. We are located in the quiet town of Racale, which overlooks the Ionian Sea with its marina, Torre Suda, and which is located a few kilometers from Lecce, Gallipoli, Leuca, Otranto. The space The property is perfect for relaxing stays and consists of 5 apartments and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Each apartment has its own small table in the courtyard, and guests can also use the poolside tables. Guests have access to the shared laundry room, which has a washing machine and dryer, drying racks and an ironing board; a small drying rack and an iron are also available in each apartment. The price includes cleaning, carried out at each exit, and bed linen and towels provided every 7 days. For those who want more frequent cleaning and linen changes, you can request them upon arrival and pay an extra fee for each service requested. Guest access The common areas are always accessible, but to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please behave respectfully and observe the rest times: 12:00 a.m. - 12:09 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The areas shared with other guests are: - the entrance; - the laundry room that has a washing machine and dryer, but there are also drying racks. (In each apartment, however, there is an iron); - the courtyard where each apartment has its own table; - the pool and poolside furnishings. Other things to note Checkout is by 9.30 am. Check in and check out times can be agreed upon. At check-in, guests will be required to present a valid form of identification. CHILDREN of ANY AGE pay the additional guest fee. We welcome small and medium-sized pets. There are hours of rest: 00.00 - 09.00 and 13.00-16.00. There will be a more detailed summary of the regulation at the property.
