Coastal Area Studio Cottage

This special place is close to everything, just off Washington Ave, in Gulf Hills, where a 9 hole Golf Course is, 2 min drive to Downtown, OS, 3 min drive to the beach in OS.Just over the bridge from Biloxi and Casinos. A 10min drive to KAFB. Large patio available for use at the back of main residence. Many great restaurants close by, Wal-Mart just down the street. New Orleans is just a quick hour and a half away. Safe,quiet neighborhood. Private, behind Host residence! The space My home is an Old Biloxi Cottage with tons of charm! Surrounded by a white picket fence and arbor! It is literally close to everything in adjacent Biloxi and Downtown Ocean Springs and further into New Orleans or Mobile, both just a short hour to hour and a half drive. We have Beaches, Barrier islands (my favorite), Casinos, Restaurants galore!! And most of all Southern Charm which I am happy to share with you! The studio Cottage is located across the back yard of my main residence. Cleaning fee is built in to my nightly charge. Come for a night, a week or a month if you are in the area for work or training at the Air Force Base. Would Love to Host your stay! Guest access Entire cottage available to guests through back yard as well as a large patio and fireplace adjacent to main Host residence. Parking :you may park next to covered carport as long as my car isn’t blocked. Wagon is provided to transport luggage or groceries to the cottage and can be found under covered carport area. See pictures for Parking areas. Other things to note Happy to help with advice directions etc. regarding our beautiful Gulf Coast area and what it has to offer. Please don't hesitate to ask for help! Note: Every year in May, usually Mothers Day weekend, the termites swarm the entire Gulf coast area. Because of this I turn off my outside lights during that time. Those little things can find their way through just about any cracks in Doors and windows. Just FYI!!! A harmless but nuisance little bug! There is No kitchen sink. Bathroom Lavatory to be used for liquids only please!
