Welcome to our apartment "Grafenblick". Enjoy the view of the highest mountains of the Swabian Alb! The space The apartment is bright and faces south. In the new building in 2015, high-quality materials were installed, including a room climate-optimizing red lime plaster, tiles from Villeroy and Boch, Disano design floor with "Blue Angel" health certificate - the best conditions for a pleasant stay. Parking is available right in front of the house free of charge. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (box spring 1.80 x 2 m), from which you can see the eaves of the Swabian Alb (see photo). The sturdy sofa bed (1.20 x 2 m) can accommodate more fellow travelers. A folding bed (90 x 200 cm) can also be provided. All beds offer comfortable sleep thanks to memory foam toppers. Linens and towels are included and are changed for longer stays. In total, the apartment has 2.5 rooms with an open kitchen. This is fully equipped, including a new Bosch dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination with Biofresh compartment from the premium manufacturer Liebherr, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, Bosch vacuum cleaner and much more. In the living room, a new TV (55 inch) with satellite connection, Google TV and Chromecast provides entertainment. You can relax in the comfortable TV chair (rotatable and with footrest). You can enjoy the panoramic view on the spacious terrace. Sun loungers and seating are provided. We are an active family with 2 school children. We love to be in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Our single-family house is quietly located directly on the upper outskirts of the village, so that a natural holiday feeling spreads as soon as you step outside the door. The Hohenzollern cycle path leads past only 100 m away, which is connected to a diverse network of paths that are ideal for cycling, mountain biking, jogging, walking, hiking, walking, etc. Within 10 minutes by car, the city center of Balingen can be reached. Thanks to the train station in Engstlatt, public transport can also be used. The city center has a car-free pedestrian zone with attractive shops, pubs and cafes. On Saturdays there is a large weekly market in the marketplace. On request, we are happy to allow you to park your bicycles or charge your electric car. In addition, a high chair, children's dishes and age-appropriate toys and separate bed linen can be provided on request. Night light and socket protection are in the storage room. You are welcome to use the trampoline in the garden at your own risk. As guests, we are looking for respectful people who treat the apartment with care, do not smoke inside the apartment and fit into the living environment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment to allow allergy sufferers a healthy stay. From the suburb of Balingen-Engstlatt, you can reach the Black Forest, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Stuttgart within one hour.
