The apartment is located just 25 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village and less than a half-mile from a major highway, making it easy to get where you need to go. Please note: This is an upstairs apartment and is accessible only by stairs. The staircase is not steep or curvy, but guests should be comfortable using stairs. The house sits on a main street, with an active railroad behind the property. Many guests find the occasional sound of the train soothing and rarely notice it, but we want you to know it's there before booking. Arrival & parking: Please park next to the pole at the back of the property and enter through the back door. The apartment entrance is immediately to the right. Follow the stairs up to the second-floor apartment. Outdoor space: The yard is not available for guest use. Most guests come here to sleep, relax, recharge, and explore the surrounding area, and there are lovely parks and hiking opportunities a short drive away. It’s less than 1 hour from Cooperstown and approximately 25 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village. Manhattan is also just under 3 hours away, depending on traffic. 🚂 A Note About the Railroad: The village has an active railroad that runs behind the property. You may occasionally hear a train passing. Many guests actually find the sound soothing and say they barely notice it, but we want you to be aware of the railroad before booking. ✈️ Airports: Syracuse Hancock International Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes away. Albany International Airport is also an option.
