Hello, I have a RV home rental available. Not for driving, only living. -This will be located at my property in camarillo. -quiet time 8pm- 7am please - please be respectful Queen bed for 2 Sofa bed for 1 Trash , electricity, water all included 1-3 max persons 6 months to a year At a time Weekly sewage service handled by me on my property, no need to take it anywhere. No smoking No heater no ac Please bring your portable ac and/or portable heater The space RV is parked on my driveway. it is not drivable. Living only. 1 queen bed 1 sofa bed currently do not have stove. Tenants normally bring a 1 burner electric stove with them. No AC Tenants bring their own fan/portable ac. WHEN SHOWERING: (let water heater heat for at least 10 minutes) The generator must be turned on for water to warm up. Once done it MUST be shut off. To not disturb neighbors, generator hours are from 8am-8pm only.
