A bright and welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen, perfect for sharing a one-on-one meal. Refined bathroom with modern shower and premium finishes. The Saint-Leu district, with its charming alleys and waterfront terraces, is a ten-minute walk away. There are several restaurants within a radius of about 500 m from the apartment, offering you a wide choice for your dinners or evening outings. A real asset in the city center: public parking! Some parking spaces work with a blue disc, which we provide to facilitate your parking. Check-in carried out by your host, for a reliable and personalized welcome, with all the necessary tips to make the most of Amiens. Guest access An elevator serves the residence, and the apartment is one floor above, accessible by the stairs. Other things to note A stone's throw from the apartment! You are close to the Colisée d'Amiens, an exceptional sports complex that offers year-round: A 50 m Olympic swimming pool for passionate swimmers, A recreational pool, a paddling pool and a large water slide, An Olympic skating rink for skating lovers. These services are available at an additional cost. For example, adult pool entry is around €6 (to be checked according to the rates in force). Parking: Parking near the residence: The Stengel residence is easily accessible and conveniently located. The public parking lot of La Maison de la Culture (40 spaces) is just across the street from the residence. It is accessible for a maximum of 2 hours with the use of a blue parking disc. We make a disc available to our guests during their stay. Parking is also free all the time: – in the streets Martin Bleu Dieu (where the Le Stengel residence is located) and Marc Sangnier, – in the parking lot located to the left of the residence (Place Louis Dewailly).
