Serene 2-room suite immediately upstairs upon entering, minutes from IAH airport (11 mi.) & HCA hospital (2 mi.). 1 double bed, dedicated full bath across hall may be shared if we have a separate guest in Comfy Cozy suite across hall otherwise it is all yours. Restaurants, walking trails, shopping accessible. We are safety conscious so government ID, reference may be requested. +$10/night for additional pre-approved guest. Welcome! The space This quiet 2-room space is ideal for one working professional in need of a temporary or prolonged stay. The full bath is directly across hall from the entrance to your room. The home has all amenities you will need. Other airbnb guests have enjoyed the quiet cottage-like feel of the home and space. Required: 5-10 minutes safety and security home walk-through to ensure safety and comfort of occupants with host daughter, upon or shortly after your arrival. May request ID verification if not airbnb verified (photo drivers license or other). NOTE: Your room is to the left, top of stairs. SOME SPECIFICS: - Your comfortable bedroom is immediately to the right upstairs after entering the front door, with bath at top of stairs next to bedroom (separate entrance). Guests enter home at the front right-side red door. 1. You will get a code access, and a room key (house lock is NOT fully automatic, please make sure you bolt it once inside, and upon leaving). Suite comes with microwave, egg cooker, Keurig and minifrig. Due to potential electric overload, no additional appliances (such as ovens or fryers). Guests may use first floor full kitchen, upon request. Host daughter is on-site, ready to assist. This is a home, not a hotel, and you may hear occasional food preparation sounds from first floor, garbage collection (2x weekly), guard dog barking or general HVAC maintenance vendor. AMENITIES, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING (Kingwood Drive, Northpark Drive, Town Center): - Street parking is convenient and immediately in front of home. - Panera Bread, theater, Jason’s Deli, Chinese and other restaurants, fast food, Starbucks, mall and Town Center (HEB and lots of cool restaurants like Madeleine, pizza, crepes and other new eateries) all within short driving distance.
