We have room for your boat as well. So many things to do around our small town and you can cook here with all basic cookware, walk up town to our local restaurants or get delivery from local pizza places! Kick back after your long day of adventures! The space The manufacture home was put in brand new several years ago. It was a rental until last year it became available and we decided to go AIRBNB! We hosted our first guest from Texas for a family wedding. We did have a tenant in over the winter and he was temporary so we have placed back on AIRBNB and are excited to host those that are coming into our area! Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom although as of right now we are only offering two bedrooms and 4 total guest. Full size bed and a queen in there , local channels on the tv. Two full baths We are close to a railroad track but everyone that lives around here don't mind it . It is in a residential area but not too close that you won't feel at home. Our home is clean and comfortable and you feel safe. There are steps front and side to get into the home. Guest access You get the whole house! Other things to note bicycle built for two available along with other adult bikes if you would like to bike around our little town. You will need to bring your own helmets. Pickle ball courts in town and out of town( if you need equipment to play you will need to bring your own) Be sure to Visit the nearly famous Markers Wallyworld Store located just outside of town! Lots to see in this very Large store! Treasure Bargains: Check out new store Pohlar Fabrics ( popular huge fabric store) Indiana's own Pizza King pizza is a must! Ring the King and have it delivered if want! Jay's Midlake Restaurant, store and bar has great food! Stringlers on Dunlapsville Road has sandwiches, pizza and Nachos! We will have a list of places to shop, eat at the home and lots of places to go see! Oxford, Ohio Miami University, check out their brick streets downtown!
