Spanning across a sprawling 3-acre estate, this home is an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed to blend luxury with nature. This 3-bedroom pool villa invites you to unwind in its elegant spaces. The living room is warm and inviting, seamlessly flowing into a dining area where you can enjoy delectable vegetarian meals prepared to perfection. Step outside to revel in the verdant surroundings, where trees embrace the villa in their soothing shade. A vast lawn near the main gate provides the perfect spot for leisurely walks, games, or simply soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. Stay cool and refreshed throughout your stay, because fun times are on us! Layout: The journey begins at the main Burma teak wood gate, on the right is a granite blocks 200 meter driveway. In the center is a lush green carpet grass pathway leading to 86 stairs bringing you to the villa on the hill, and further down again 60 steps through the mango orchard to the villa The villa is built on basis of Vastu having 100ft x 100ft Upon entering via driveway or steps you are greeted by a small lawn and a pool with a waterfall setting the mood for relaxation Entering from the driveway you have on the left you have seamlessly connecting dining, living, and kitchen with a powder room There is a veranda offering you a bird' eye view of Mandwa jetty, eastern Mumbai, and a swimming pool on the right creating a perfect space for unwinding and socializing On the left is the first bedroom with AC, a geyser with an attached bathroom Further down in front is the master bedroom featuring single glass 9 ft x 9ft on two sides offering a serene view of the deck, lawn, and jetty, and equipped with AC, hot water geyser, and an attached bathroom · A few steps down is another bedroom with full glass on the front overlooking the huge lawn and partly jetty. This is also fitted with AC and hot water geyser and attached bathroom Further on to the left is a duplex bedroom, on the ground floor that does not have AC or a bathroom and the upper floor has an attached bathroom. In lower and upper have coolers with fans in the upper room. The upper room has access to the terrace Continuing down the front steps you come to a sprawling lawn of 25,000 square feet where you can play cricket, volleyball, or badminton. Lush green and flowery bushed, multicolored leaves, hedges, fruit trees, vegetable gardens, etc surround the area. This vast expanse of open space is perfect for outdoor activities, leisurely strolls or simply enjoying the natural beauty. There is a big single-piece Buddha statue where you can even meditate This is a 3 Bedroom villa. Only 1 car can go towards the main entrance at a time. Guests can use the parking area near the main gate. The last 300mts of the approach road is rough. This is a pure vegetarian home. We only serve vegetarian meals. We do not allow Stags only or all female groups. The guests are requested to use the bigger lawn near the main gate for outdoor activities. We also have 2 bedrooms in a duplex structure without an AC. We can provide tower fans & coolers if you wish to book. Access to the 3rd bedroom is from outside where you have to climb down a few steps. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At Pride Rock, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
