La Casa de la Petra is a large rural house located in Quintanar de la Sierra, a town in the Province of Burgos. The house is rented entirely and has a maximum capacity of 16 travelers, that is 12 adults and 4 children. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to have fun. The house has:    Three bright rooms with double bed or two single beds  Two rooms with double bed.  A family room with two floors with a double bed or two single beds and two bunk beds. Bed linen is included.  Three full bathrooms, with all toilets, sink and shower (one of which has a large bathtub). Towels are included.  Rustic and cozy dining room, with a large table that offers room for 20 people to celebrate family or friends, and with a fireplace for the coldest days in winter and autumn, which not only offers a warm atmosphere, but also, Heats the rooms at the top.  Spacious attic as a living room, with wooden beams, equipped with sofa and armchairs, television and reading corner.
