Please contact us in advance if you have any allergies. The space We are "kagoya Tono," a traditional Japanese guesthouse (Minshuku) located in Tono City, Iwate Prefecture. The name "kagoya" (篭) carries the meaning of "secluding oneself," and our wish is for guests who come to our home to relax and unwind in our old, thatched-roof house, just like in an old folktale. The hosts are two people in their twenties who have moved to the area, along with one affectionate cat. We are looking forward to your visit!
