Nestled in a quiet location in the heart of our farm. Our lodge was previously an annex now hand crafted into a modern, luxury hot tub retreat. When it’s sunny an outdoor kitchen, bbq, hot tub and treehouse lookout onto the sheep field’s. Dogs also welcome. £30 per pet. The downstairs a modern new kitchen has been installed with all the essentials such as hob/ fridge/ freezer/ coffee machine / toaster / kettle / microwave/ large breakfast bar. The living area includes a large dining table and chairs. A plush new L shaped sofa and cuddle chair to cosy up onto. Fitted next to the log burner and flat screen Smart TV. The sofa becomes a double bed if needed. The spacious bedroom has one large double bed with a velux window looking onto the stunning countryside. Also 3 huge drawers for storage, a vanity and full length mirror. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath. All bedding/towels will be provided by the property. The exterior is by far the most attractive element of the property. On the side it has an enclosed double garage. The open plan living area has french doors that open onto a large patio which has outdoor fridge, outdoor bbq/kitchen, outdoor sofa, treehouse lookout and a private hot tub. Perfect for a summers day or winters cosy night. All of this looks out onto the 14 acre farm land. There is lots to do nearby including cosy pubs/ restaurants / shopping / rutland water for water sports / country walks / supermarkets. Guest access The whole property and enclosed garden is available to use. Self check in is permitted by collecting keys from a lock safe.
