The space The accommodation is spread across two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, a dining room (from which you can access the veranda), a kitchen (from which you can access the porch), a laundry room and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa and an armchair for comfortable TV viewing or reading a book. The dining room, decorated with an entire chestnut wood roof, features a spacious dining table, a fireplace that dominates the entire room, a bookcase, a sofa, and a TV. The modern and spacious kitchen has everything you need to be used as a support for a quick meal or for lunches or dinners in style (among the appliances: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher...) The laundry, available to the tenant, is a great base for long stays. The first floor also has a bathroom. The 3 bedrooms and the 2 remaining bathrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom, the Master bedroom, has a large double bed, a large walk-in closet, private access to the bathroom with shower and hot tub and above all a large terrace with breathtaking views that includes the Lunigiana, the Apuan Alps and the Versilia.
