Relax with the whole family in this very quiet accommodation in the heart of Trentino. We are immersed in the Valle dei Laghi with easy access to the lakes of Terlago, the mountains and the city of Trento. The Valle dei Laghi is one of the most beautiful valleys in Trentino. The apartment is part of a house that is more than 200 years old, my mother lives upstairs, and it has belonged to our family for several generations. It was completely renovated in 2023 The space The accommodation consists of an entire apartment of ~70 sqm, with a double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a beautiful glass walk-in shower and rain shower head, with a suspended toilet and bidet. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a bar counter area. The living and dining area also has a flat-screen TV with TV and Netflix, and high-speed WiFi. There is also a balcony overlooking the shared courtyard. The apartment has just been renovated with underfloor heating, wooden flooring and triple glazed fixtures and insulation. Parking is available near the house. Room/study with second bed for child/infant available upon request. Other things to note The apartment is located in a 3-story family-run building. My mother and our dog live above, and my brother and his family live above them. The small and quiet village of Terlago in the Vallelaghi Valley is easily accessible in 10 minutes by car from all the services of Trento, and also has a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, ATM service and local bars within walking distance. A restaurant and a great locally owned pizzeria are just a short walk away. There are two beautiful lakes in Terlago, and the valley is full of beautiful lakes where you can swim, windsurf, kite surf, or kayak. For lovers of good wine and good food, just 2 km away is the restaurant Ca' dei Giosi, which offers traditional Trentino cuisine. For beer lovers, there is an excellent craft brewery called Rethia where you can drink and taste their beers, and many other local wines and services (included in the guide) The space is a perfect retreat for couples, short-term travelers or outdoor enthusiasts, or for those looking for a quiet retreat for smart working/remote work.
