Starting in June 2026, you can look forward to some great improvements: We will be installing new windows throughout the house for better sound and thermal insulation, partially renovating the bathroom, and carrying out some painting work. The bedroom will also get a new, comfortable bed. Note about the neighborhood: Due to the mountain location and the end of the winter construction ban, construction work is expected to take place on the neighboring property from April to November. This may occasionally result in noise emissions. We have already taken this into account in our pricing for this period.
