Discover the perfect place for your family vacation on the picturesque Twistesee. Our cozy holiday home offers you and your family enough space to relax with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy modern amenities such as WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator, central heating and a washing machine. Located in Arolsen, it is the ideal starting point to explore the beauty of Germany. Get ready for unforgettable moments in an idyllic setting. The space Our cozy wooden house with pointed roof is located in the middle of the forest, in the vacation park Twistesee near Bad Arolsen. The Twistesee lido is just a few minutes' walk away. The house offers around 78 square meters of space for up to six people and additional space for small children in a travel cot. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped, open kitchen with a dining area directly adjacent to the living room. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, which can be used free of charge. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with a view of the forest. A large table and chairs are available here. For the children there is a large box on the terrace with a trampoline, Puky, table tennis rackets and a badminton set. You also have the option of using our electric barbecue. On the upper floor you will find two further rooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There is also a wardrobe for your clothes. Dogs are allowed in our house. Two bowls are available. Smoking is not permitted. Comforters and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Our vacation home has fast W-LAN with up to 50-60 Mbit/s. There is a free parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. There are also e-charging stations in the vacation park. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Access to the vacation home is convenient and contactless via a key box. We ask you to plan your departure by 10 am at the latest. Depending on occupancy, an earlier arrival or later departure is also possible by arrangement. To ensure that you feel completely at ease on arrival, our house is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company after every stay. However, should the condition not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can remedy the situation quickly. Leisure fun in the vacation park: A large children's playground, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a table tennis table, a mini golf course and an outdoor chess set are available directly in the vacation park. Water skiing and water fun: A paved forest path takes you down to the lake in about five minutes. There, a water ski and wakeboard facility offers opportunities for sporting activities on the water. Practical helpers for young and old Unfortunately, we cannot provide bed linen and towels, but we do have a washing machine, which is perfect for a longer stay with or without children. There is also a travel cot, a high chair, a step stool, children's crockery and cutlery. Fun and games In our vacation home there is a selection of (children's) books, (children's) games, puzzles, toys, coloring books and crayons. Outside, your child can ride the existing trampoline or Puky or use our table tennis rackets, badminton set or golf clubs. Dogs welcome Dogs are also very welcome in our vacation home. Two bowls are available for your four-legged friend. Guest access Access to the vacation home is convenient and contactless via a key box. Other things to note Tourist tax: Please note that you will have to pay a tourist tax for your stay at Lake Twistesee (2 euros per guest aged 15 and over per day, 1 euro for children aged 10 to 15). We will send you a request for payment by e-mail 7 days before your arrival.
