Just a 15-minute drive from the Ponte di Legno-Tonale ski resorts and 25 minutes from Aprica, it is perfect for hiking, skiing and relaxing. Cozy and simple spaces, close to the town's amenities and immersed in the beauty of the Alps. An ideal starting point to experience nature in every season! The space Welcome to this charming mountain apartment, located on the first and top floor of a characteristic stone building in the heart of the village of Monno. The house, with interiors almost entirely covered in wood, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for an authentic experience in the Alps. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a comfortable hallway that leads to the main rooms: • Double bedroom with a charming arched stone wall, also equipped with a single bed to accommodate a possible fifth guest. • Double bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. • Fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table and a sofa, perfect for moments of conviviality (there is no dishwasher). • Full bathroom, simple and functional, with a built-in bathtub that recalls the traditional style. The entire apartment is heated by two large pellet stoves, which you will find already lit to welcome you with a pleasant warmth upon your arrival. The central location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the village and easily explore the wonderful surroundings, both in summer and winter. An authentic place to regenerate and experience the mountains in all their splendor! Guest access The entire house is at guests' complete disposal, guaranteeing them a stay in comfort and privacy. Although we do not have private parking, in the immediate vicinity of the house you can find numerous parking spaces. To access the apartment, located on the first floor, you need to walk up a short flight of stairs. Other things to note With our welcome kit you can travel lightly! This includes: - full bedding - a set of two towels for each guest (one shower towel and a smaller one) - shampoo - body soap - dish soap - two rolls of toilet paper - pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses - some basic condiments, such as salt, oil, and sugar The Aprica ski resorts can be reached in about 25 minutes by car, along a 22 km drive immersed in the alpine landscape. The ski resorts of Ponte di Legno are about 15 minutes away by car, with a 13 km route through the beautiful mountains of the area. There is a tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash. A complete cleaning service of the apartment and change of bedding and towels are available at an additional cost.
