From the window you can see the landmark of our city and the Capital of Culture event, the colorful and over 300 meters high Chemnitz "Lulatsch", the namesake of our brand new privately run apartment. Best connection to Chemnitz local transport, the international bus station, the A4 highway, the main train station, the opera house, the Sonnenlandpark, the Sachsenring, modern shopping centers, bank, hairdresser, baker, etc. The highlight is plenty of free parking in the entire area of the apartment. Dresden is about 45 minutes, to Leipzig 50 and to the Erzgebirge about 15 minutes. For longer stays of 7 nights or more, a dryer is available in the house. Please do not leave or store anything in the stairwell. Please only smoke in front of the house. Access on the day of arrival can be via a key safe. For bookings of 4-5 people or more, a large, fully equipped sofa bed is available. Wi-Fi, bed linen, detergent, toilet paper and towels are available free of charge.
