The space Holly Jolly is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 12 people, with the option of 2 extra beds for 2 small children (travel cot 60 x 120 cm and cabin bed 90 x 160 cm); maximum 14 people. Description of Holly Jolly: 💠5 bedrooms with storage: - 4 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm double beds, including one with 1 90 x 160 cm cabin bed. - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, providing 4 sleeping spaces (maximum load per bed: 90 kg / reminder: bunk beds are not suitable for children under six years old). - 1 travel cot (maximum load 15 kg) 💠Common areas: 🔹🍽️The kitchen: fully equipped, perfect for preparing great meals, A filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine (original Nespresso capsules and compatible capsules from other brands) 2 raclette sets to keep foodies happy! 🔹🛋️The living room: bright and welcoming, with a foosball table for moments of relaxation and fun! 🔹🃏The playroom for sharing special moments together. Plush toys, children’s toys, children’s games, board games, books, and outdoor games (e.g., swing, slide, molkky, ball, badminton) are available for you to enjoy! 🔹🏡The garden: to enjoy the sun, delicious barbecued meals, and outdoor activities. Garden furniture is available in summer: tables and lounge chairs. The furniture on the 3 terraces is available year-round! 💠Bathrooms: - 2 functional bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub. -3 WC. 👶 Baby: Items provided for your little one’s comfort: 1 high chair, glasses/cutlery/plates, 1 changing mat, 1 bathtub, 1 potty, 1 travel crib with mattress (60 x 120 cm), and a footstool. The staircase between the first and second floors has safety gates. Guest access 🏡 The cottage is located in the village, accessible via a cul-de-sac with a slope; this single-lane road is shared with our neighbor. The garden is fenced and has mountain views. 🅿️ Private parking: Parking right next to the house. 🗝️ Guests are physically greeted or arrive on their own via a lockbox. Other things to note 🫧The linen package includes bed linen, towels and tea towels for the kitchen. Not included: tablecloths, napkins, bed linen and baby towels. 🫶Kindness regarding respect for the property, its furniture, its equipment and its rules. 📌Noisy parties and night activities are not allowed in the cottage. 📌Our pets are not accepted in the cottage.
