Welcome to Holly-Jolly! Holly-Jolly is a 3-star, air-conditioned family gîte in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees. Our mountain cottage is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for nature, tranquillity and outdoor activities. Located in a village close to Ax-les-Thermes, the Col du Chioula pass, Ascou-Pailhères and the Plateau de Beille, this area offers a wide range of activities to make your stay even more enjoyable! The space Holly-Jolly is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 people: 12 people + option of 2 additional beds for 2 young children (travel cot 60 x 120 cm and cabin bed 90 x 160 cm) Kid-friendly / Here, children and parents are welcome: Holly-Jolly is a place for the whole family to enjoy a cosy time together 🥰 What you'll love: - Year-round activities: skiing, hiking, outdoor hiking, bike rides, thermal baths, exploring the villages. - The welcoming nature of the Holly Jolly gîte: the gîte is air-conditioned, and the living areas are designed for young and old alike. Description of Holly-Jolly: 💠5 bedrooms with storage: - 4 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm double beds, including one with a 90 x 160 cm cabin bed. - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, providing 4 sleeping places (maximum load per bed 90 kg / reminder: the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years of age). - 1 travel cot (maximum load 15 kg) 💠Common areas: 🔹🍽️Kitchen: Fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious meals, A filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso ‘Original’ capsules and compatible capsules from other brands) 2 raclette grills to keep foodies happy! 🔹🛋️The lounge: bright and welcoming, with a table football table for fun and relaxation! 🔹🃏The games room for sharing special moments together. Soft toys, toys, children’s games, board games, books and outdoor games (e.g. swing, slide, molkky, football, badminton) are available for you to use! 🔹🏡The garden: to enjoy the sun, delicious barbecued food and outdoor activities. Garden furniture is available in summer: tables and lounge chairs. The furniture on the three terraces is available all year round! 💠Sanitary facilities: - 2 functional shower rooms, one of which is fitted with a bathtub. -3 WC. 👶 Baby: Facilities provided for your little one’s comfort: 1 high chair, glasses/cutlery/plates, 1 changing mat, 1 baby bath, 1 potty, 1 travel cot with mattress (60 x 120 cm), and a step stool. The N+1/N+2 staircase has safety barriers. Guest access 🛣️ The gite is close to the RN20. 🚆 The cottage is served by Luzenac-Garanou train station (1200m walk). 🏡 The cottage is located in the village, accessible by a cul-de-sac with elevation; this simple lane is shared with our neighbor. The garden is fenced with mountain views 🅿️ Private parking: Parking right next to the house. 🗝️ Guests are physically greeted or arrive on their own via a lockbox. Other things to note 🫧The linen package includes bed linen, towels and tea towels for the kitchen. Not included: tablecloths, napkins, bed linen and baby towels. 🫶Kindness regarding respect for the property, its furniture, its equipment and its rules. 📌Noisy parties and night activities are not allowed in the cottage. 📌Our pets are not accepted in the cottage.
